Below, we have provided a summary of our molecular systematic data that have been sampled for different species of Cypriniformes fishes and the number of species sampled. These data include both nuclear and mitochondrial genes, but exclude the whole mitochondrial sequences being generated in the laboratories of Japanese and Chinese collaborators.
