• Abstracts are due by 1 October
• Submittal letter should indicate if the submission is an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts should be a maximum of 1/2 page in length.

Schedule:

• Presentations 8-5 on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Working group and recovery team meetings on Thursday
• Abstracts linked to schedule.

Social Events:

• Ice breaker on Monday evening
• Banquet on Tuesday night with Inga Saffron as guest speaker
