Travel, Visas, Passport, and Currency: You are responsible for all travel arrangements, including procurement of your own passport, visas, and acquisition of proper currency sufficient for your stay.

Passport: Your travel to Thailand will require a passport from your country of residence. This can take several weeks to obtain without fees for expedited processing. Thus, you will need to process this immediately.

Visas: Assistance in obtaining documentation forms is available at Thailand embassies and other sources, such as various websites like PassportsPlus. A visa may or may not be required for your entry into Thailand. Participants are responsible for obtaining proper information for visas. Should you require a formal letter of invitation for this meeting to acquire a visa please contact Dr. Chavalit Vidthayanon.

If you do need a letter of invitation you should contact Dr. Chavalit Vidthayanon immediately for a letter of invitation to the Symposium to accompany your visa application. This letter may need to accompany your visa appilication.
